Springfield is a town in the state of Highroyds. It is close to the town of Bourne and it has 6,800 inhabitants. Springfield is a small farmers town. There is a prospering cattle industry based around the town. Many of the town inhabitants work in the agricultural sector.
There are two churches, a high school and several elementary schools in the town. The town is split in three parts by two expressways that lead to to respectively Bourne (via Port Altham) and Meyertown/New Leicester. The town is divided into three neighborhoods, of which one was built in the 2000s.
