Little Harbor is a small harbor town located on Lion Island in the Harvian Islands. The town is the only town on Lion Island beacuse most of the island is occupied by forests. The town was founded in 1905 by Jackson Eley whose father was a famous fisherman. Ironically the town became a harbor town and has 1,800 citizens. Politician Marcus Villanova lives in Little Harbor.

The town's main source of income is large-scale fishery. There is a wharf in the harbor, and there are many small fishing boats in the harbor. There is a small factory outside the village as well, that packs fish in packages.
